The Synthase Collaborative is a strategic partnership of post-acute and home-based care organizations providing compassionate not-for-profit hospice and palliative care through a unified structure. Member organizations deliver the highest quality care to patients and families in communities across Florida. Synthase members provide care to over 2200 patients each day.
